Is Fruit a Good Detox Resource?

If you do a lot of research into body cleanse methods or techniques, you'll undoubtedly come across recommendations to work with fruit. The popular Fruit Flush is an example of this kind of restricted diet method being used to promote body cleansing and detoxification.

But what exactly does fruit do to clean out your system?

Considering the overall evolutionary progress of the human species, our bodies are optimized to exist in tropical to temperate climates. No matter where you live on earth, you must keep your surroundings at the average comfortable temperature of 72 degrees Fahrenheit, give or take a few degrees. This is because you are optimized to thrive in this normal "room temperature".

Those that live in the north heat their homes to this temperature. Those in deserts and hot places, use air conditioning or fans to cool themselves to the desired norm. This is just biology.

But this thinking crosses over to nutrition as well. Fruits are the tropical food, high in essential sugars and glucose and without a lot of excess fats or oils that the body must process to remove toxins. This makes fruit a key ingredient in a good body cleanse plan.

So add more fruit to your diet, eliminating other harmful toxic intakes, and you'll immediately notice a difference in your energy and health. It's one of the easiest body cleanse methods around!
