Easiest Body Cleanse Method Around

Okay so you don't want to mess with fad diets, fruit flushes, lemonade fasts, or supplements. But you still want the benefits of increased detox power in your body! What do you do?

Is it all about diet?

Not exactly.

Whether or not this makes you feel better or worse, one of the easiest things to do for your own body cleanse is sweat. That's right, sweating is one of the body's chief was of eliminating toxins from the blood stream... by seeping them directly out through the pores.

Granted, some toxins won't come out this way and therefore depend on more digestive methods but anything you do to increase your sweating will increase the elimination of toxins.

So what can you do in a busy life?

For starters...
Go for a jog until you start sweating.
Turn off the air conditioner.... and put on sweat pants.
Spend time in the gym sauna or steam room. (You can create your own in the bathroom with hot water turned on too!)

Anything that gets you sweating will get rid of toxins for a total cleanse!
